Idea
How do people discover useful AI capabilities when they do not know what to ask for?
Technologists need to understand how capabilities work, but service owners and users also need help discovering what is possible. A blank prompt can conceal useful Copilot-style workflows. Capability discovery should begin with real problems and outcomes, not a standalone AI unit hunting for use cases.
Current thinking
Potential follow-up: compare product-led capability discovery with a blank prompt, using Muse as an example to investigate rather than claiming first-hand use. Keep the central principle: don’t build big things with AI; build big things through AI.

The Problem With a Blank Prompt Box
We've given people extraordinarily capable AI tools and often left them to imagine the use cases. Perhaps discovering what is possible should be part of the product.
